Ladies Developing Style

Certificate Programme: Ladies 15+

Duration: WEEK-END COURSES AVAILABLE

The aim of this course is to encourage you to explore and develop your confidence and to present the very best of yourself, in both your professional and personal environments.

This course also provides the basic training required for those interested in part-time fashion modelling.


Programme includes:

Deportment
Good posture and graceful movements are an essential part of confidence and development. This session will include assessment and correction of posture, developing poise, grace of execution and overall good deportment - both physical and mental.
Grooming/Hygiene/Haircare/Skincare/Nailcare/Make-Up:
How to be well groomed at all times - by applying simple routines. Learn important tips on grooming and general body care. Receive individual advice on your specific skincare/make-up issues.
Diet & Exercise
Regular exercise is important for overall good health. Part of a healthy and energetic lifestyle includes nutritional food. Learn how to observe a healthy eating plan.
Fashion Coordination
Fashion should be fun but it also reflects your personality. Learn how to coordinate your wardrobe and yet discover your own style to maximise your strengths. Learn dress sense, styling and wardrobe coordination on a budget and suitable to your lifestyle.
Personality Development
Personality is understanding your individual traits. Learn how to create self-confidence and develop your personality and charm.
Voice Production/Public Speaking
Your voice is your most important means of communication - so cultivate it. Learn how people put square pegs into square holes in the modern job market - with interview advice and practice. Learn Voice production and Public Speaking with instruction on diction.
Social Etiquette
This class covers good manners, table etiquette, attitudes and relating to others.

Pre-requisites:

Entry into Ladies Developing Style Course is suitable for all ladies 15 years and upwards

Dress code:

No special equipment is necessary. Ladies should wear comfortable/leisure clothes to the class.

Graduation:

A Certificate of Completion is awarded to those who participate in the Class Presentation Event. Family and friends are invited to the Presentation Event, which provides an opportunity for the ladies to show the confidence and skills they have developed.

Number of participants is limited in each course.
